About Us

Daniel Ross, a former Financial Counsellor from the Wimmera in Regional Victoria, founded Financial Literacy Australia after seeing the severe impact of financial hardship on individuals and communities.
Financial Literacy Australia's mission is to empower NDIS participants - Australia’s most vulnerable community - with the financial skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to live independently.

Financial Literacy Australia was founded in response to the severe impact of financial hardship in underserved regional and remote areas, we strive to ensure that every Australian with a disability has equal access to financial education and support to reduce or eliminate financial hardship and financial abuse.
